Win Citizen by being the first player to pass your Cause through both chambers of the real 116th United States Congress. All 535 actual members take the place of dice, who are controlled by their documented voting history, seniority, and campaign contributors. Using the framework designed by our founders, advance your Cause or hinder your opponents’ by building Citizen card hands that contain alliances of the actual faces, forces, and fates that built our nation.
